All Points was founded on August 14, 2001 and Incorporated in May 2003.

In January 2003, All Points began conducting business with the public,
APIS provided services for Construction Inspection, Construction Management, and Construction Photography. Company growth and customer demand has led APIS to expand and cover throughout the State of Texas. APIS has been in business for over 10 years.
